MTI currently uses three ND:YAG pulsed Lasers controlled through a proprietary state-of-the-art system.
  • Laser welding capabilities in the 50 to 200 watt range
  • Depths in super alloys up to .080" without filler
  • Laser additive processes available in wire forms
  • Adjustable working envelope from standard machine 24" cube to product specific requirements
  • MTI patented process to produce small braze joints through sheet metal, creating localized shielded joints without disturbing base material
